When can we check in, and until what time do we have to check out?
You can check in from 14:00 of the day of arrival, and check out is until 11:00 of the day of departure.
What does the price of the room include?
Price of the room includes: accommodation, breakfast, full access to our wellness centre during opening hours, usage of bathrobes, usage of underground car park and tourist tax.
What is the difference between Standard and Superior rooms?
Basic difference between the two categories that the floor area and height of our superior rooms are bigger, and all rooms are different. The furniture of our Superior rooms is more exclusive, they represent the past more characteristically concerning their interior design, as most of them can be found in the historical main building. All rooms have different extras: massage-tub, couch.
What services can be found for children, in the rooms?
We can provide for children: baby bed, infant bath tub, baby toilet seat, potty, kids’ menu, cutlery for kids, high chair, bicycle seat, helmet, babysitting service and playroom if needed (for extra fee). There are connecting family rooms as well in the hotel.
What equipment can you provide for baby care?
Services provided for babies: baby bed with bedding, blankets, baby bath tub, high chair, changing table (at our public restrooms). All these services are free-of-charge.
What do standard amenities include?
Standard amenities include towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap and shower cap.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Naturally, yes, the price is HUF 6000/pet/night. Unfortunately, you cannot bring your pet(s) to the restaurant and wellness area of our hotel.
Is there a smoking area in the hotel?
All our rooms are non-smoking; smoking is only allowed in our inner garden, on the balcony of the first floor, or on the balcony of rooms.
Can we ask for extra pillows; are there any special pillows or blankets?
Yes, we can provide extra pillows, and we have a selection of pillows as well: Aloe Vera anatomic pillows, thicker pillows, smaller pillows. Double blanket can also be requested (200×200).
What are the opening hours of the restaurant?
Monday- Thursday: 6.30-12:00, 17:00-22:00
Friday – Sunday: 7:00-22:00
If we require dinner, when is dinner served at earliest?
Dinner is served from 17:00 to 22:00 in our Esterházy Restaurant.
Can your kitchen fulfil special needs or requests?
Yes, our kitchen is a well-equipped and a craft kitchen, meaning that we prepare the ingredients of many of our foods ourselves (e.g. pasta, jams). Naturally, we have choices for our vegetarian-, vegan guests or those following a diet, as we pay attention to our guests having different sensitivities (with preparing gluten- and lactose-free meals), or to our guests keeping strict to their traditions, if they notify us in advance.

Can we pay with credit card, and what kind of cards are accepted?
Yes, payment with bank card is possible, limited to the following cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, JCB.

The amount of tourist tax (IFA) in the year 2016: HUF 500/person/night.
Did the hotel concluded a contract with any of the health funds?

How can we get the bathrobe and towel necessary for the usage of wellness facilities?
Robe and towel can be asked for at the reception in change for a card necessary for it.

Is there a possibility to order drinks to the wellness department?
Yes, you can choose from our soft drinks in the wellness bar. Breakable glasses, bottles are not allowed in the wellness area.
Can external guests visit the wellness department?
Crystal Spa Relax wellness centre provides intimacy for hotel guests, but – strictly after prior consultation and booking, and with the usage of a wellness package – services can be used. Breakfast or an intimate dinner is available in the wellness package.
What is needed for check-in?
Personal identification card and address card, or driving license, or a passport are needed for check-in.
What languages does the staff speak?
Is there a parking lot in the hotel?
The parking lots in front of and besides the hotel can be used, for a maximum of two hours at a time. Usage of our underground car park is free to all our guests.
Are there any entertainment facilities after 10pm in the hotel?
Our Bohém Wine Bar, located in the cellar of the hotel, is open from 18:00 to 01:00 on all days of the week. The following entertainment options are available here for our guests: snooker, darts, foosball and air hockey.
Can the beautiful cour d’honneur be visited by external guests?
Yes, our cour d’honneur is open for all guests even for a drink, a breakfast or a dinner in good weather conditions. Our cour d’honneur is an exceptional place for organizing events, weddings as well.

Yes, the hotel resides right in the heart of the city; everything can be reached on foot, easily: promenades, shops, parks, lakes, monumental heritages, natural environment. The hotel has 10 well-equipped bicycles, which make reaching local spots even more easier.
